Question: Can a wife give her zakat to her husband to pay off his debts?
Answer: If the husband is needy, meaning he is counted among the poor and destitute, then the wife can give her zakat to him. However, if the husband is not considered destitute and is capable of paying off his debt himself, then in such a case, she should not give him zakat.
