The Messenger of Allāhﷻ Muhammad ﷺ Said:
“Marriage is part of my Sunnah. Whoever does Not act Upon my Sunnah is Not part of Me. Give each other in marriage, for I will Boast of your Great numbers Before the Nation’s. Whoever has the Means, let him Contract a Marriage. Whoever does Not have the Means should Fast, as Fasting will Restrain his Impulses.”

Prevention is better than cure, so Avoid being Near this girl at All Times, Move to a Seat where you Can’t even See her. Another nice tip for the Brother’s is wear a Cap, sounds Weird but it Helps a lot with lowering your gaze, Wear it low as Comfortable Possible and Constantly remind yourself fear Allāhﷻ and Lower your Gaze.
