Question: An eight-month pregnant woman finds it difficult to perform sujood during prayer. How should she perform sujood?
Answer: If a pregnant woman has difficulty placing her forehead and nose on the ground during sujood, she can bow as much as she is able. There is no harm in this. It is similar to how a person praying while seated on a chair bends slightly for ruku’ and more deeply for sujood. A pregnant woman may bend toward the ground as much as she can during sujood.
