Question: If a barrier (Sutrah) is placed in front of a praying person, is it permissible to pass in front of them?
Answer: The purpose of placing a Sutrah in front of the person praying is to allow people to pass beyond it. Therefore, if there is a Sutrah in front of the person, it is permissible to pass beyond it, but it is not allowed to pass between the person praying and the Sutrah.
