Maintaining the Virtue of Ishraq Prayer Despite Interruptions
Question: In a video, you mentioned that to gain the virtue of Ishraq prayer, one should sit and engage in remembrance of Allah after Fajr prayer until the time for Ishraq. If someone loses their ablution (wudu) during this period, will they miss out on the virtue associated with Ishraq?
Answer: If someone is sitting for Ishraq prayer and loses their ablution, there is no harm in performing wudu again. This interruption is due to a valid reason, and it does not nullify the virtue of Ishraq. Such a person will still receive the full reward.
