Can this type of Durood be recited?
Answer: This particular Durood has not been reported in any Hadith, although there is no error in its meaning. Therefore, reciting it occasionally is permissible as long as it is not regarded as Sunnah and no specific virtue is attached to it. However, the best and most preferred practice is to recite the Durood that has been authentically transmitted.
