Islamic Guidance on Same-Sex Relations and Repentance

Assalam o alaikum wrhmtulhi wabbraktu..
I have a question to ask you.
I am a girl. And I am involved with a girl.
I want to marry her. I know that my religion does not permit this. Can there be any other way? Can marriage be done after changing gender? Please guide me. I am unable to get out of this trial. JazakAllahu Khairan Kaseera.

وَعَلَيــْـــــــكُم السَّــــــــلاَم وَرَحْمَــــــــــةُاللهِ وَبَرَكـَـــــــــاتُه
Sexual relations between two opposite genders is a natural act, and engaging in it within the limits and constraints of Shari’ah is not a sin. However, in the current era, the rapid increase among men and women who are supporters of the feminist ideologies produced by European culture and who walk the paths of sin that emerge from these ideologies is merely due to their distance from religion.
Just as the heinous act of a man seeking unnatural sexual gratification with another man was found among the people of Lut (Lot), a dirty and filthy act is now flourishing in the West, which has also engulfed Muslim society, and that is “homosexuality.” This means a woman having intercourse with another woman, fulfilling her carnal desires with another woman.
Abdul Karim Zaidan writes in Al-Mufassal fi Ahkam al-Mar’ah:
Just as immoral sexual relations are found among men, they are also found among women, which Muslim jurists call “Sihaaq,” and they explain it as: a woman having intercourse with another woman. (Al-Mufassal fi Ahkam al-Mar’ah: Zaidan 5/450)
In this age, a significant portion of the Muslim community is caught in the grip of homosexuality, which is being promoted by Westernized people.
Liwatat (homosexuality) is the worst way to satisfy human lust; it is to transgress the limits set by Allah Almighty. It is the favorite pastime of the worst of people, upon which there is the curse of Allah Almighty in this world and a painful punishment in the Hereafter. This is the sin that was found in the people of Lut, where a man would seek unnatural sexual gratification with another man. It was because of this sin that Allah Almighty destroyed and ruined the people of Lut, and their punishment in this world was that their homes were overturned and turned upside down, and a rain of stones was sent down upon them.
When someone is interested in another person and is drawn towards them, and then this interest exceeds a certain limit, as is increasingly the case among girls nowadays who become inclined towards intercourse with each other, this is a horrific sin. There is a stern warning against it in the Qur’an: “
وَ الّٰتِیۡ یَاۡتِیۡنَ الۡفَاحِشَۃَ مِنۡ نِّسَآئِکُمۡ فَاسۡتَشۡہِدُوۡا عَلَیۡہِنَّ اَرۡبَعَۃً مِّنۡکُمۡ ۚ فَاِنۡ شَہِدُوۡا فَاَمۡسِکُوۡ ہُنَّ فِی الۡبُیُوۡتِ حَتّٰی یَتَوَفّٰہُنَّ الۡمَوۡتُ اَوۡ یَجۡعَلَ اللّٰہُ لَہُنَّ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿سورة النساء/۱۵﴾
And those of your women who commit immorality - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine them to their houses until death takes them or Allah makes for them a way.
وَ الَّذٰنِ یَاۡتِیٰنِہَا مِنۡکُمۡ فَاٰذُوۡہُمَا ۚ فَاِنۡ تَابَا وَ اَصۡلَحَا فَاَعۡرِضُوۡا عَنۡہُمَا ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ کَانَ تَوَّابًا رَّحِیۡمًا ﴿سورة النساء/۱۶﴾
And the two who commit it among you, dishonor them both. But if they both repent and correct themselves, then leave them alone. Indeed, Allah is ever Accepting of repentance and Merciful.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اﷲِصلی الله عليه وآله وسلم: مَنْ وَجَدْتُمُوهُ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ قَوْمِ لُوطٍ فَاقْتُلُوا الْفَاعِلَ وَالْمَفْعُولَ بِهِ
The Noble Prophet ﷺ said: Whomever you find doing the act of the people of Lut, kill the active and the passive participants.

Regarding the punishment for homosexuality, it is reported from the noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) that the person who commits this act or with whom it is committed, both should be killed, or burned in fire, or stoned to death, or thrown from the top of a high mountain and then stoned, because there is immense moral corruption in it and it is also against nature. Those who do this turn away from lawful marriage, and the passive partner assumes a state lower than that of a woman. (Fatawa Islamiyah / Vol: 3 / Page: 409)
The scholars of the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta were asked:
What is the ruling on women engaging in tribadism (lesbianism) and masturbation?
They replied:
“Sexual acts between girls are haram (forbidden), and in fact, are among the gravest of major sins; because this act contradicts the statement of Allah Ta’ala: (وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ * إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ * فَمَنِ ابْتَغَى وَرَاءَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ)
Translation: And they who guard their private parts * Except from their wives or what their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed * But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors. [Al-Mu'minun: 5–7]
Furthermore, based on this same verse, jalaq [masturbation] is also forbidden; because it also leads to severe consequences.

O Muslim sister, the questioner!! Do not trade a painful punishment in eternal life for a little pleasure. In the limits established by Allah Almighty, there is safety for humankind, there is goodness, and above all, there is the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Even if you ponder beyond religion, you will find that a sound human nature also upholds the values and system of human life. The beauty of a Muslim’s nature lies in following Islamic laws. A Muslim worships the One Allah and follows the path of His religion according to the way shown by the Prophet ﷺ, thus transforming from a Muslim to a Mu’min (believer). The sound nature of a believing man or woman never accepts evil, immorality, shamelessness, and forbidden acts. Allah Almighty has blessed you with a very lofty and pure religion. You are fortunate to be from an Ummah whose members, even if given a dip in Hell, will be taken out after a specific time and will then become the owner of the beautiful and captivating palaces of Paradise. Why have you set out on the path of destruction and ruin? Who would like to reject the Paradise of Allah Almighty? Only the one, my Muslim sister, who adopts the things forbidden by Allah. A person’s act of leaving themselves unrestrained in forbidden things and carnal desires is tantamount to rejecting Paradise. Living in an Islamic society, you should know that this gravest of major sins will cast you into the scorching fire of a painful Hell. Fear Allah and save yourself from the day when no one will be able to save you from the angels of Hell. You will be dragged towards Hell, a Hell the sight of which will leave eyes wide open in terror, a Hell whose horror will cause pregnant women to miscarry their pregnancies, a Hell whose terror will turn the young into the old, and a Hell whose fear will drown people in sweat up to their necks. Make sincere repentance from this act. When the concern to stay away from this act takes root in you, Allah Almighty will also help. Leave the friendship of that girl who never advised you to quit this wrong act. The best friend a person can have, my sister, is one who stops their friend’s steps from moving towards evil, who warns their friend of Allah’s punishments and creates a desire for His Paradise. This friend of yours is not your friend but a vehicle on which you are journeying towards Hell. Return to Allah. The mercy of Allah is calling you:
قُلْ يٰعِبَادِىَ الَّذِيْنَ اَسْرَفُوْا عَلٰۤى اَنْفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوْا مِنْ رَّحْمَةِ اللّٰهِ ۗ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ جَمِيْعًا ۗ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ
Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
O our Muslim sister!! On the face of the earth, after the Prophets and Messengers, there is not a single servant of Allah whose heart, mind, and soul have not been breached by Satan under the guise of the hustle and bustle, glitter, and glamour of the world. Every human has been subjected to satanic attacks from all directions, due to which even saintly people fall prey to heedlessness and commit sins and faults. But Allah Almighty did not leave man alone; rather, He inclined him towards repentance. Open the Qur’an, and you will find Allah giving you glad tidings of His mercy everywhere:
وَلَا تَيْأَسُوا مِن رَّوْحِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهُ لَا يَيْأَسُ مِن رَّوْحِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ (يوسف:87)
Translation: And do not despair of relief from Allah. Indeed, no one despairs of relief from Allah except the disbelieving people.
وَمَن يَقْنَطُ مِن رَّحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّآلُّونَ(الحجر:56).
Translation: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those who are astray?
لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ (زمر : ۵٣)
O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Therefore, repent to Allah Almighty with a sincere heart and ask for help to remain steadfast on righteousness. And be certain that the Lord of Honor will not only forgive you but will also grant you the ability to stay away from evil… I make a heartfelt request to every brother and sister reading this text to remember our sister in your prayers. Pray to Allah for her guidance. If your own daughter or sister were to become involved in this act, tell me honestly, what anguish would you go through? Feeling that same anguish, pray for this girl with a sincere heart. Insha’Allah (if Allah wills), all your prayers in her absence will become a means of protection for your own sisters and daughters from Satan.
