Question: In Pakistan, if Sikh people come for their religious festival, can we rent out our house to them?
Answer: According to the Quran and Hadith, it is considered a sin to assist non-Muslims in their religious rituals and festivals. Therefore, if Sikh people are coming solely for their religious festival, it is not permissible for Muslims to rent out rooms to them. However, if they are staying for business or other worldly purposes, then there is no harm in renting out rooms to them.
