There are many words or remembrance (Adhkār) and supplications found in the Sunnah for one to say if afflicted with evil eye and protection from it. Any of the following can be said:
1 Recite Sūrah Fātihah and blow on the place of pain – Bukhārī (2276)
2 Recite Sūrah Al-Ikhlās, Sūrah Al-Falaq and Sūrah An-Nās and blow into your hands and wipe over the body. – Bukhārī (5017).
3 Place the hand on the place of pain and say the following supplications:
Bismillāh.
In the name of Allah – three times
A’ūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhādhiru.
I seek refuge with Allāh and with His Power from the evil that I find and that I fear – Seven times – Muslim (no. 2202).
Bismillāh, a’oodhu bi-‘izzatillāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu min waja’ee hādhā.
‘In the Name of Allāh, I seek refuge in Allāh’s might and power from the evil of this pain I feel.’ Then lift your hand and repeat that an odd number of times. – At-Tirmidhī (no. 3588). Authenticated by Shaykh Albānī in Silsilah As-Sahīhah (no. 1258).

Adh-hibil-ba’s Rabban-Nās, ashfi antash-Shāfee, lā Shifā’a illa shifā’uka, shifā’an lā yughādiru saqama.

5 – Put some saliva on your finger, then put the finger into some earth (soil, sand, etc) then wipe yourself or the person who is sick, saying:
Bismillāh. Turbatu ardina, biriqati ba`dina, yushfa bihi saqimuni, bi ‘idhni Rabbina’

6 – Say the following supplication. It is reported that the Angel Jibrīl came to Allāh’s Messenger (ﷺ) and said, “Muhammad, have you fallen ill?” The Prophet ﷺ said: “Yes.” So Jibrīl said:
Bismillāhi arqika, min kulli shay’in yu’dhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ‘aynin aw hasidin. Allāhu yashfika, bismillāhi arqika.
In the name of Allāh I perform Ruqyah upon you (seeking divine cure) from everything that harms you and from the evil of every soul, or from every envious eye, may Allah cure you. In the name of Allāh, I perform Ruqyah upon you (seeking divine cure) – Muslim (no. 2186).
May Allāh protect us all from evil eye. Amīn
