Question: Can we draw living beings for children if the eyes are closed?

Answer: To entertain and educate children, such drawings can be made to a limited extent because it appears that children are allowed to play with dolls. However, there should not be any exaggeration in this matter. Such drawings can be used occasionally just to get by or to complete homework.
