Question: I heard from a scholar that if one has pimples or marks on their face, they should recite “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth” before sleeping at night, blow on their hands, and wipe them over their face. This doesn’t seem right to me. Please guide me.
Answer:The scholar who mentioned this is giving his own opinion, not something from Islam. Therefore, such baseless advice should not be followed. Do not listen to scholars who spread baseless and fabricated ideas. Such people have caused harm to religion and spread ignorance among the masses.
