Is It Necessary to Recite “Allahumma Aslamtu Nafsi” at the End of Evening Supplications?

Question: Should the dua “Allahumma Aslamtu Nafsi” (O Allah, I surrender my soul) be recited at the end of all the evening supplications?  

Answer: There is no specific order mentioned in the Sunnah for the evening supplications. You may recite them in whatever order is easiest for you. There is no issue with reciting some supplications first and others later, depending on your convenience.
